Many thanks to Bobcat for forwarding the following to the Archive.

This leaflet, which gives instructions should one be harassed, appears to be from 1973. It notes the passing of the Emergency Provisions Act at Westminster, which was in 1973.

Of interest is the mention of a ‘census’ by the British Army. There is also a seven point outline as to what those arrested under the EPA should do.
