Many thanks to PM for scanning and sending the following document to the Archive. As PM notes this is timely given the WP launched a document last month (February 2018)  examining the workings of the 1990s Industrial Relations Act and outlining means of reforming this act. As PM continues:

In 1990, just after the Act was passed into law, The Workers’ Party published a critical examination of the Act in a small, 12-page pamphlet, called Bertie’s Bill. In hindsight it is interesting to see how accurate, or otherwise, the predictions made then have actually turned out.
